It is better for these people to take advantage of weekly scrub care for gentle exfoliation in addition to the above mentioned in hyper seborrhoea.
3- Inflammatory comedones. INFLAMMATORY LESIONS: It refers to a condition where the skin is involved in inflammatory pimples such as papules, pustules, nodules, and cysts, following the secretion of excessive fat inside the hair follicle channel, anaerobic opportunistic bacteria Propionibacterium acnes. which are very lipophilic, they multiply there and along with dead skin defense cells and stored fat, they create pus and inflammation. In general, these lesions are red in color, sometimes they have a white pus head, and sometimes they turn into hard and painful pimples. In this case, in addition to the above cases, as a skin routine, you must use local anti-acne products with antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and fat-controlling effects to reduce the inflammation of these pimples, or in more severe cases, use strong oral antibiotics.
